Have you ever wondered how other people seem to achieve more but yet you work just as hard? Have you ever wondered how others seem to be more successful and you know that you are just as intelligent, just as capable but yet for some reason you aren 't doing as well? There could be one key ingredient that you are missing to achieving your goals. It is an ingredient that is often taken for granted and overlooked because it is so simple and that is "self discipline". What is self discipline?
The mindset of people have a lot to do with the American dream and as for hard work, it’s something that has to be done because without it, nothing much is achievable. In an article “How to achieve the American Dream” by Suzanne Lucas she explains how “Some people pat themselves on the back when they do as little work as possible. While this provides temporary fun, it won 't help towards real success.” Working hard is something that can be done by anyone who really wants to say they succeeded, yet many do not want to work and still want to say the dream is dead when they simply, are not trying to make it alive for themselves. That fit into a group is not a priority in life. You can be part of the “cool” ones but that is nothing if aren’t happy. You will just spend your life following the society instructions or labels. But, Somjai thinks that Kaison’s idea won’t work and rather than doing direct mail campaign, it should create a dynamic infomercial to show the consumer how good the product is. Kaison thinks this way would waste of money and worries about the logistic issues that would come after. They both believe that their own idea is better than other even they try to convince other but it worst.

Sacrificing their individuality and creativity is just a step in the right direction towards their version of success. Even though sacricinfing one’s true self is great, they are willing to do so if it brings them profit in their own lives. Ultimately, the selfish need for success outweighs the corruption and negativity it brings to the overall system, and in that respect, restricts itself from progressing towards change. Because a generic system like a college can not cater to every individual, there are always concrete flaws, one of which is the pressure to confrom. For a student to obtain success as they have come to know, they believe conformity is of the utmost importance.
It is easier to exert effort at obtaining something for which other people will say “good job!” However, it is more difficult to accept that because of your disability, no one will appreciate the things that you truly wanted to achieve but failed to do so. Never let these things pull you down. 4. Learn how you can best help yourself feel
And what clicks success in life? As we know, success is neither being wealthy nor popular. It’s the voice of a happy mind which says happiness is not out there in life but it’s in you. A treasure it may appear elusive, but one can discover it if one tries honestly. Peace and tranquility that sows happiness in one’s heart needn’t be born attributes, you may acquire them by constant practice and training.
Developing relations is not enough as maintaining good relations is very difficult. Swami Vivekanand had rightly said: “Relationships are more important than life, but it is important for those relationships to have life in them.” For giving life to our relations we need not draw big plans or adopt ticklish strategies or learn rocket science. This can be done in a very simple way leading a normal life. We need not spare our time and money for development of good relations. What it requires is our suitable temperament and attitude including our language and our behavior with relationships.
