An entrepreneurship or working for a business involves organization and being familiar with the functions, types and levels of management (Bethel University, 2011). Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are relevant to the business of any organization or company. First and foremost, leaders come in all shapes and forms, there is not one set physical mold for them, but what they all do share are certain characteristics and desires. Leadership in and of itself, is the ability to guide others, take responsibility, and share a vision that inspires and leaves others with a sense of empowerment. Evidently, it takes an exceptional leader to exhibit exceptional leadership skills. Additionally, the most prominent act that all adequate leaders demonstrate is that they are steadily engaged in enhancing their leadership skills. There have been various magnificent leaders throughout history, such as Martin Luther King Jr., Sojourner Truth, Nelson Mandela, and Eleanor Roosevelt.
The debate of fate vs free will controlling our decisions has gone on for centuries. It is also a prominent subject in William Ernest Henley 's poem Invictus, which strongly promotes the idea of free will in the midst of challenges, and in William Shakespeare’s beloved tragedy Macbeth. In the play, Macbeth goes through a mental deterioration, due to his actions in his quest to become king. At first, Macbeth meets three witches who give him a prophecy that he would be king, with some uneasiness and some help from his wife he kills the king and takes the throne and then continues to kill all of his threats. Fate can not be a reasoning for his actions; the idea of fate is rather a disguise for one’s results.

Entrepreneurship in the Philippines is currently booming and one of the best things a person can do today is start taking action in putting up its own business or acquiring a franchise (Louren, 2017). Entrepreneurship is a state of mind. It is not identified or measured with the type of business a person is in the success of that business but rather it is the total way of life for entrepreneurs. Being an entrepreneur requires distinct personality traits such as having a risk-taking personality, need for achievement, internal focus of control, tolerance for ambiguity and having a type A behavior or striving to achieve more in less time and general competitiveness (Gilles and Mondejar, 2008). Entrepreneurship has been described as the “capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit” (www.businessdictionary.com).
