IN HER INITIAL DAYS: Sudha murthy was born in the year 1950 in the district of Shiggaon in Karnataka. She is best known for social works. As a child she was an outstanding student. She completed her Bachelor in Engineering(Electrical Engineering) from the Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology, where she stood first in her class and presented with a gold medal from the Chief Minister of Karnataka. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY-Sudha murthy believes that charity should not be blind and she has worked really hard to bring changes in the lives of children in rural parts of Karnataka by providing them with proper food and education support and also started off to provide library and computer facilities in all government schools in Karnataka, In addition to that she runs a foundation which is one of the most reputed and respected foundation.
2. MOTIVATION-She strongly believes that she has leant many things from philanthropy and she has written her personal experience in her books. She says that she has discovered India only through her work.
3. COMMITMENT- Sudha murthy’s encouragement was her grandmother who started studying when she crossed 60+,she says that if people can attain anything irrespective of their age that shows their commitment towards life.
