Suicide is an act of purposely causing one’s own death. It is a thought which cause a teenage to self-murder. It is a situation where a teenager feels desperation and pain just before jumping off the building. When we think about suicide, we think about someone taking their life away intentionally, or in other words it means, "to kill yourself". The teenage years has its ups and downs for everyone. Teenagers are learning new social roles, having new relationships, getting use to the changes in their bodies, studying hard in school and making decisions about their future. Everyone goes through hardships in their life, but it is how the person handles it that takes them towards the happiness, or deeper into the negative side. Once deeper into that state, suicide comes to their mind. What causes people to want to end their lives intentionally, especially teenagers?

There are many causes for someone wanting to commit suicide. Depression is one of the main cause. Depression can have serious consequences if it is left untreated. If left untreated, depression can cause suicide. Sometimes it is difficult to tell if someone is suffering from depression. They may act all happy around when they’re with their friends and family. But when it comes to sleeping, their mind can’t stop thinking. Most times, depression goes untreated as the person does not think that there is anything wrong with them. Even when a person jokingly talks about suicide, it should really be taken seriously. All
