02/25/16 -The Assessment Summary has substantiated the child abuse and neglect as a FOUNDED. The mother has been charged with 40 criminal charges related to child abuse. (See Attached) 02/23/17 - Citizen Review Board, Josephine Circuit Court, Findings and Recommendations. Bethany remains placed in her long term DDS placement. The foster parent is now a single parent, but remains fully committed to Bethany as a long term resource. The court ordered plan is no longer return to parent. The court ordered a change of permanency plans to Adoption and placement for adoption no longer than 08/17/17.
