It was a dark and gloomy night when Macduff decided to take a visit to Macbeth’s castle. He had to travel through a dark and spooky forest in order to reach his destination. It was a chilly night which made his trek seem longer than usual. Upon arrival, Macduff finds out that his dear friend, King Duncan, has been murdered. Suddenly, Macduff felt a rush of anger and sadness hit him at once. His only goal was to find out who did this and get revenge for his friend. Before hearing what the last sister had to say, Macduff’s mind filled with so much rage that you could see steam coming out his head. He quickly headed back for Macbeth’s castle. In the distance, Macduff could hear the third weird sister warning him. She mentioned that Macbeth has powerful forces but this did not stop Macduff’s momentum. Macduff ran like a race horse with blinders on and his goal was getting to Macbeth’s castle and getting revenge for his friend. Upon arrival, Macduff is greeted by a soldier and instantly takes his sword and murders the man in cold blood. Macbeth hears the commotion downstairs and instantly runs down to see what it’s about. Macbeth arrives to see Macduff with rage in his eyes and a sword in fighting position. He grabs the nearest weapon and gets ready for the worst. They begin dueling with their weapons and throwing punches at each other. Macbeth losing grip on his weapon and falls to the ground. Macduff holds him down and asks him about his intentions.

The setting is in the Dunsinane Castle for the final battle of Macbeth. Macduff finally finds Macbeth and is ready to finally slain him as revenge for Macbeth killing his family. Macbeth is not scared due to the fact that the witches told him that he cannot die from something that is born from a woman. Macduff then responds that he was not born correctly and was not technically born from a woman, which leaves Macbeth feeling fear. “I have no words; My voice is in my sword, thou bloodier villain Than terms can give thee out.”
After Macbeth relays what he has done by killing Baquo his best friend and someone nobel to him he states “I am blood stepped in so far that I should wade no more returning” (3.4.136-138). This quote demonstrates that Macbeth has killed too many people he cared about and is too far down the path of destruction to go back. In this scene Macbeh is using him already killing Duncan and Banquo as an excuse and justification to go kill people if it serves his political agenda. Thereafter, Macbeth grew a suspicion that Macduff, who is not loyal to him. To fix this Macbeth believes that he has to go kill Macduff as well as his entire family.
One of them, a bloody child, tells him that nobody born of man can kill him. He feels safe because of this and because another of the apparitions tells him that he will be safe until the Birnam Wood comes to Dunsinane hill, which Macbeth knows is impossible. He then receives word that one of the king’s generals, Macduff, is fleeing to England. Macbeth then sends killers to wipe out Macduff’s entire family and his castle. When Macduff hears that his family was killed he is grief ridden and enraged.
Macduff and Malcolm had already been planning their revenge on Macbeth and how to overthrow his tyrannical rule, but now they were sure. Plans were moving faster, with more momentum. Malcolm had the idea to get the crown back to avenge is father, and the grief-stricken Macduff just wanted to kill
This is the point at which Lady Macbeth weaves her way into Macbeth’s mind, persuading him to murder Duncan, which she would not have done had she not known the prophecies of the witches. Not allowing the witches to get under his skin would have caused Macbeth to spare the life of Duncan, in return sparing his own life. When Macduff uncovers the secret behind who killed King Duncan he took a stand to avenge him. He immediately set out to murder Macbeth. Once he achieves his goal he places the head of Macbeth on a stake and praises his own victory.
In the end, everyone looks to Macduff to slay Macbeth, since he is the only one that
Macduff, a thane, was called to go to a party at the Macbeth’s house but choose not to attend. Then, Macduff goes to England to speak with one of Duncan’s sons. Because of these actions, Macbeth believed that Macduff committed treason. While Macduff is the guilty party, Macbeth has Macduff’s children and wife slain because of his suspicions. All these killings, based on the actions and dialogue from the play, can be classified as different forms of treachery.
Macduff and Malcolm go to war against Macbeth eager for revenge. Macduff, vengeful for his family’s death cuts off Macbeths head, and Malcom takes his rightful place as king. Macbeth’s Ambition and Greed resulted in his downfall. Constantly wanting more, Macbeth allowed his blind ambition to dictate what actions he took to obtain being king and staying king.
He hallucinates Banquo in the chair he was going to sit on. Macbeth starts to act crazy and Lady Macbeth tries to tell the other men in the room how he is acting is normal. After the dinner Macbeth hears that Macduff went to England to reunite with Malcolm, Duncan 's son, to try for him to own the throne. Macbeth decides to take action and send some men to murder Macduff 's family. When Macduff comes back he finds out of his family 's death and joins Malcolm and his army to defeat Macbeth.
Macduff fleds to England to seek for help because Macbeth is basically destroying Scotland and killing everybody. He becomes once again stubborn and seeks for more information from the witches and so they tell him three prophecies and he becomes over confident. In this scene, Macduff comes to Macbeth’s castle, looking to awake the King. He begins to say how the night was a ruthless one. It was so bad that chimneys were blown down and that Macduff can’t remember a night as terrible as that. Macbeth continues to deceive Macduff by acting that he has no idea that King Duncan is murdered in his room. When they open the door to his room, Macduff is horrified by the murder of his King.
