This story makes me think about OJ Simpson, he was acquitted for the murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, but a year later he lost a civil suit to their parents which essentially made him guilty of the murders. But long before either jury had a chance to vote on his innocence or guilt he was found guilty in the “court” of public opinion.
