SUBARU Subaru is an automobile manufacturer headquartered in Japan. It was the 22nd biggest automaker by production worldwide in 2012. This status signifies the huge number of Subaru vehicles that are being manufactured throughout the world and then used for private and commercial purposes at various places. This pride worthy rank is more than enough to justify the huge role that Subaru plays in the dangerous fact of the automotive industry polluting the environment. The serious problem crippling the auto industry is that manufacturing of the various parts is hazardous and puts huge amounts of waste and pollutants into the landfills, thereby polluting the atmosphere.

Advertisers depend on consumers not only being oblivious to the effects of advertisements, but also other tactics such as strategic display setups in stores, product sales, and social influences. J.C. Penney, a department store company, has an abundance of stores across the nation. Along with having stores comes products to be sold, and there must be a way to convince consumers to buy the store’s products. J.C. Penney uses a multitude of well executed advertisements and calculated strategies in order to influence current and potential consumers all throughout the United States.

Donnie Damon gave a well put presentation about community newspapers and advertisements in a small town. Donnie’s presentation was highly informative. In fact, he used numerous of concrete examples to support his presentation. For instance, he broke down the demographic of his town, Carteret, which can be very helpful. In addition, he thoroughly explained how a regular member of the community can advertise and he showed the simplicity of it.
