SWOT analysis is a strategic rule that studies the current and future situation of a specific industry or Business. SWOT analysis consists of 2 Internal factors: the strengths and weaknesses, moreover two external factors: the Opportunities and threats. Furthermore, this study will be discussing Porter’s five forces of competition framework of the construction industry in Lebanon, which consists of the threats that comes from new entrants to the market, Bargaining Power of Suppliers, Bargaining Power of buyer as well, substitutes and competing the exiting competitors [Michael E.
