Though there are many other form of treatments available such as ayurvedic treatment , homeopathy treatment or synthetic pharmacy products but still the consumer prefer a fast treatment and hence the y prefer allopathic treatment.

BARGAINING POWER OF SUPPLIERS:

The bargaining power of suppliers is low since the hospital can easily switch from one pharmacy companies to another. They can easily switch from one suppliers of machinery to another.

BARGAINING POWER OF CUSTOMERS (LOW):

Apollo aims to invest about Rs 2,000 crore to add 3,000 beds in the next three years. This includes entering the Mumbai market where it wants to set up three hospitals with a total capacity of 900 beds for Rs 710 crore.
