Business Group 1: (1A & IB) These groups deals with the mining, DG Sets and bulk material handling (CHP and AHP). These groups are engaged in the Coal handling and Ash plants. Coal is transported to the boilers and some parts of the other plants for their proper use, through proper automated machines. This coal is helpful in generating the heat so that the stream is generated and after that the steam generates electricity through different processes. Besides this coal handling, it also provides AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FOR ash handling. Business Group 2 This group deals with Transmission and Distribution. This business group has lots of domestic as well as international competitors in this field which do the same job at a very reasonable price in comparison of BHEL, so because of this presently BHEL is not doing well in this field and seeing all this management is going to merge the business group in other existing business group and this is going to be possible within this
