1. Business Summary
We decided to develop a one of a kind organization, something that is not operating in Kuwait at a very high level. The idea was to provide something different to the customers in Kuwait and thus from that to earn higher profitability. Moreover the idea of selecting the business was to ensure that all team members had interest in the same concept.
Keeping these factors in view a flower retailer organization was proposed to be formed by the name of “The Flower House”.

SWOT Analysis
Before moving further, it is important to present the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the organization. For this purpose SWOT analysis is the tool recommended by Kotler (2009). The findings of the SWOT analysis for The Flower House are as under:
Strengths Weaknesses
- The biggest strength of the organization is its strong management team. The team members have the necessary skills and academic knowledge for developing and maintaining a start up organization
- The partners in the business have contributed enough liquidity to start up the business. Thus the initial financial strength of the organization is a major strength for Flower House. - Even though the management has the academic skills and competencies, it lacks experience of business management.
- The strict debt policies make it difficult for the organization to take financial assistance from the banks.
Opportunities Threats
- The life style of population in Kuwait is increasing significantly. People not only want to decorate their houses on a regular basis but also want to have beautifully decorated events such as wedding, birthdays and etc. Such growth is a major opportunity for the organization. - There is preexisting competition in the industry. 6. Operations
The location of the organization will be Kipco Tower in Kuwait. This is a central location and thus will be feasible for both the supply function and the demand function of the organization.
When any customer enters our shop they will find a ready to take flowers like roses, jasmine and lilies. We will have 3 fridges to hold our flowers. We will not have any employee in the first period of time; we are going to do all the work. We are going to have a schedule to make sure that every day one of us will be in the reception area of the shop. Flowers are natural products and the orders are different from person to other, so we will only design orders after receiving orders. We will have a private room in side the shop for designing and organizing special orders. Because of the nature of the product, no special equipment will be required for the organization. The flowers will be imported from Mirak organization in UAE.

The Director of Treatment Foster Care is Brenda Kess. Next, Treatment Foster Care Supervisors are Justine Jai Roberts and William Frazier. Then, the social workers are Katrina Carroll, Jill Epstein-Molter, Latoya Lowe, Kassmeir Smith and Delita Galanos.
