Introduction
As part of MGM-201 assessment, we have to apply our management knowledge on a chosen organization that exists in the UAE. As a group we have decided on Magrudy’s bookstore. Magrudy’s is a very famous brand name (magrudy). However, in this report we are going to write briefly about the history of Magrudy’s and how they become a famous brand. Then discuss their vision, goal and objectives. Then we will prepare a SWOT analysis for Magrudy identifying their Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Finally, we will explain why we think this product will be a success and what we learned from this project.

This service is a monthly or an annually subscription for customers who love to read. As an example, each month Magrudy’s picks one of the top sellers books and send an email letter to the service subscribers that the new book will be sent to their doorstep soon without mentioning the name of the book so the subscribers get more excited to read this book. Then, they gather on a specified day to share their experience and ideas about the books they read.
Conclusion
In conclusion, we believe that this product and service would be a success, as most of the libraries do not have any juice bar they may have coffee shops but not juice bars. We think that Magrudy’s customers especially those who look for books need something to refresh them so we provide them with the solution.
