1.0 INTRODUCTION
This study is to analysis and interpreted company strategy applied to be sustainable and competitive advantage in the market. The analysis is based on strategic management concept, where consist step to be done. The steps are started from formulation a strategy, implementation and evaluation. First, develop a vision and mission of company that clear state what to do and what must be done. Second, is performing an internal and external audit in gathering valuable information. Third, establish long term objective and generate the selected strategy. Next is implementing the strategy that consists of marketing, financing and accounting. The last is evaluation where we recheck back the effectiveness the strategy.
