Introduction:
The Red Window is a sweet-based shop in Dhaka and was established in February 2015. Owned by Shababa Ishmam , Farhan Ahmed and Tasneem Sabrina Hasib, the restaurant was launched in Dhanmondi Road-27. From the day they embarked upon this journey till now , it has become a popular hangout spot, not only for the young generations but for the older generations too.

Mission -
The Red Window’s aim is to bring the best dessert experience to Dhaka and creating a warm and amiable environment and giving their customers the highest priority.

Vision-
To realize the mission, The Red Window will keep the goal of serving food of great quality and taste, hence, maintaining their promise of serving freshly baked goods right when the order comes in.
They believe in promoting integrity by being authentic, personifying ethics, honesty and fair dealing.
Furthermore, attaining high level of productivity and pursuing achievement in guest service and organizational and operational excellence are their newly added goals.

Type of Business:
The Red Window is currently a small scale business that is operated by a partnership of three. According to its form of ownership, they have formed a general partnership with unlimited liability. Usually in service sectors, specially restaurants, partnerships are mostly seen. The various duties in the partnership might be represented with one or more partners selling and developing accounts while the others create advertising and marketing
