Verks product will be in assorted flavors of sausages; namely, Hungarian Sausage, German Franks, Old English and Chicken Sausage. It will be associated in a rice meal or sandwich that customers can choose. The group also modifies kinds of fries such as mini hash brown, wedge, and crinkle cut to chip in with sausages if the customers would like sausage only. It can be a meal or a snack that is convenient to bring because it can be in a dine-in and take-out basis. Beverages like soft drinks, iced teas, and mineral water are also offered by the group.
The group will bill their product at a reasonable price such that, it ranges from Php 50- Php100. Price difference is based on the sausage being associated with rice, sandwich or with fries. The drinks like soft drinks and iced teas are priced separately from the main product.
The target market of Verks: Sausages and Fries are located at District V Malate, Manila. It has a total population of 41, 853 based from their projected population for 2014. Exhibit 1. The food kiosk is near the University Belt; namely, de La Salle University, St. Scholastica’s College and College of St. Benilde. The location has no competitors whose selling the same product as the company’s business.
