The YMCA’s methods of capturing and preserving the interests of its target audience remains almost exclusive to its overall brand. Although the organization’s prosperity is greatly due to strategic planning and the overall uniqueness of the establishment, the YMCA must still consider the challenge of neighboring businesses willing to compete. Two of the YMCA’s biggest competitors may include Fitology and Planet Fitness.
