In 2004 Supreme Burger was setup by Mr. Abc in Subang Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. The area was surrounded by a number of educational institutes. Fast food is a popular and convenient food for the students which is also the need of the market. It was an ideal time and place to start selling the Fast Food. Mr. ABC’s intention is to convert the restaurant in to a big fast food chain company but he also knew he has to bring something extraordinary to make his dream come true. Supreme Burger is having almost 16 Branches in different areas and cities of Malaysia and the Head office of supreme burger is located in Kuala lumpur Malaysia. Ralph Hart doesn’t know what his job scope. Melissa Fort have found out that most of the employees of the supreme burger don’t know about their job scope and it’s all because of the misleading from their supervisors and it might give the wrong conception to the employees that what they are doing its under their job but it seems to be negative. It also shows that the manager were lazy to their job by giving them basic training so the employees can be beneficial for the Supreme Burger but it was totally becoming a bad image for the Supreme Burger.
