T-BOX is organized based on job function as above. Although each staff have their own assigned jobs, they could help each other in other areas whenever. The salary for our employee starts as minimum wage and it will be increased based on the job being performed. Employees must show their enthusiasm, progression and willingness to help the business succeed.

However, our future plan is expanding the brand by opening more shops not only in Vung Tau but also in the neighboring provinces. Hence, T-BOX needs a HRM software to professionally manage human resources when they are working at shops located in many places. All of the staff should be trained to be familiar with IT equipment and software in order to be able to communicate with other staff in the future.

Coffee shops are not high-risk businesses, but there are some exposures that business owners should be aware of.
3.6.1. Supplier risks
Risks due to the supplier include two major issues, that is:
