The problem of taking pills to lose weight of female students in MFU Most teenage girls in the world usually focus on the shape of the body. They think that having a slim is very popular and pretty. They are influenced by the magazine, advertisements and television all of these problems tend to shortcuts to losing weight and the way that they usually choose are taking pills to lose weight. The first reason is do not know how to lose weight properly. Due to those teenage girls often overdo exercise hard in the early stages of weight loss. The right way is to exercise at least three times a week. They often believe that starve or taking cathartic can make weight drop quickly. The second reason is too lazy to exercise and do not enough effort to control food intake in each meal. They think that exercise is not the key to keeping the weight down. And they do not like to exercise because it make sweaty, tired and boring. They do not have the motivation to lose weight enough, no support from family, peers or themselves. And most of the teenage girls like to eat sweets that contain sugar such as the donut, chocolate, candy, and cookies all of these are cause weight gain. The last reason why female students take pills to lose weight are does not know effects of the drugs that will happen to the body. They will get many side effects in short term such as stimulation of the heart, sleeplessness, constipation, and increase blood pressure. Those of teenage girls will get many side effects in long term such as the body loses essential minerals out with the urine, the symptoms is about heart attack or loss of consciousness. Or lead to mental disorder such as depression, irritability, paranoid and drug addiction.
