Introduction:
First of all, Bailey and Morley 's Model of Talent Development (MOTD) will have more effective in different young player development model can increase talent development level at 13-15 years olds engaged in sport within Hong Kong. Normally, 13-15 years old child is study secondly school F1 – F3. Also, MOTD had different abilities and dispositions including Physical abilities , Cognitive abilities such as the student understanding and awareness of sports education, interpersonal ability for example leadership, communication abilities ( SkillsYouNeed ,2016) , intrapersonal ability that main self- confident and the last one is Creativity abilities. In addition, the model core erect is multi-dimensional model so that the advantage is variety of analysis and increase applicability. There are two main factor of model first one is personal characteristics and the second one is environmental characteristics factor to effect talent development of athletes. Secondly, the personal characteristics is including: Genetics, Resilience and commitment, Task orientation and motivation, Self-efficacy/belief systems. On the other hand, the environmental characteristics is about: Teachers/coaches, Peer socialization, Family support, Social values. (Bailey,August 2006) .

Moreover, MOTH in Hong Kong had different aspect to support for example current physical education system , social policy or organization of sports. Also, they will apply MOTD regulation to increase talent development level. MOTD will have more effective increase talent development level at 13-15 years olds engaged in sport within Hong Kong because this model is multi-dimensional.
