A great discussion about knowledge of teaching is related with the enhancement of teaching practice. The student perception about the teacher is caring and honorable person and having ability to discover new thing in the student. Effective teacher diagnose the problem solution and promote the self esteem power in the student teacher should ask the questions and giving them tasks in groups and provide supportive classroom climate. The lecture of the teacher should be clear and defined the things comprehensive way.It is responsibility of the teachers to make the lesson interesting and motivate the students to learn independently,for better learning students should share their ideas or opinion in the class .an efficient teacher guides that how to knowledge apply in real situations,they try to make the students more productive in the market .
Direct instruction
A style of teaching in which engaged the teacher is actively to bring a content of the lecture for students by teaching which is directly to the whole class. And it is consider a important factor of effective teaching,as usually teacher plays a main role on students outcomes because the purpose of effective teacher is that to make the student stronger to achieve their goals.Effective teacher prefers participation of the whole class to use different strategies to engage the class .

In, “ Twelve Characteristics of an Effective Teacher,” Robert J Walker, the author, states, “Positive The most effective teachers have optimistic attitudes about teaching and about students. They 1. Researchers and instructors produced some basic information about effective instructions. In chapter 2, they discuss six important traditional principles well-known during that time: focusing on academically relevant tasks, employing active teaching, fostering active learning, distinguishing between instruction and practice, providing sufficient and timely feedback, and teaching for transfer. One of the most important traditional principles that every teacher should use is employing active teaching. It has shown to be effective, exclusively in the basic skills. As noted by Brophy (1986) stated, “teachers who engage in active teaching are the instructional leaders of their classrooms; they are fully knowledgeable about the content and purposes of the instruction they present and about the instructional goals they wish to accomplish” (p.31).
It involves giving the student just enough information to help that student with a problem she or he is having at that moment. Direct instruction in general is not a strategy that is used in the blended classroom, such as the ALC, where students work primarily on computers with an instructor for supervision and help. Since every student in the classroom is working on a different lesson, it is impossible to present a lesson as one would do in a traditional classroom. The alternative method of targeted direct instruction is the least disruptive way to help a student while maintaining a quiet learning environment. I do believe that this targeted approach does work, and this is demonstrated in the following two charts.
There are about 60 million school aged children in the world who are not in school, according to the article “Education”. Children that are educated have more opportunities compared to children that are not educated. However, it is not just educated children that get more opportunities, it is also educated adults. It does not matter how old someone is when they get their educating, but that they are getting an education at all. This is portrayed in the excerpts “Me Talk Pretty” by David Sedaris, “The Human Cost of an Illiterate Society” by Jonathan Kozol, and “Learning to Read” by Frederick Douglass.
Teacher’s have such impeccable abilities such as the ability to engage a class, interact with each student, and encouraging teamwork are much more important
1. Describe the skills or attributes you believe are necessary to be an outstanding teacher. Being an outstanding teacher goes beyond acquiring the competence and knowledge to deliver rigorous academic instruction to a diverse group of students. Outstanding teachers possess a multitude of qualities making them unique and unforgettable to the children they serve. I believe that outstanding teachers are passionate, inspired, creative, compassionate, patient and understanding.
An effective teacher is likely to switch and mix new approaches to suit the objectives of the unit of work or lesson. As objectives vary within a lesson, the effective teacher will move between different teaching approaches or methods. The teacher begins by deciding what he or she wishes to achieve and then chooses the most appropriate method of realizing those objectives. By injecting pedagogical approach to teaching, students can have a better chance and can engage to physical education and sports.
The typical American classroom is becoming more diverse culturally, which warrants the need to be more educated about student differences. The educator has to be aware of students’ backgrounds, in order to help them grow as learners. Understanding different cultures ensures the ability to meet the students where they are to better educate them. Each learner is different, and it is helpful to know they best way to teach students from different races and cultures. By educating future teachers, exploring culturally diverse schools, and learning about racism and culture through museums, the teaching work force will be better equipped for educating all children, or Americans future.
Differentiated instruction is a support or concept for effective teaching that involves showing students with different ways to learning. According to Bearne (1996). “ differentiated instruction corresponds to an innovative approach through which educators whatever their subject area, are able to bring modification to curricula, teaching methods, usage of educational sources and resources, learning events or activities as well as assessment and evaluation methods.” Differentiation in simple words means tailoring instruction to meet individuals needs that is student needs in the school context. Differentiated instruction is the way a teacher anticipates and responds to a variey of students need in class.
Teaching is not controlling, but rather working with the students to learn, grow, and succeed together. By having strong student-teacher relationships with students, the classroom will be a place for each member to express their feelings and work together. Academic success depends on these close relationships and guidance that teachers and students have with one another. Classroom management aims at establishing student self-control through a process of promoting positive student achievement and behavior. Thus, academic achievement, teacher efficacy, and teacher and student behavior are directly linked with the concept of classroom management.
An outstanding teacher is made up of 5 main things. They are respectful and in turn respected, goal-driven, have strong classroom management, have an inner drive to learn more and teach better, and have a love for each and every student. Each and every day a teacher must show the students they teach respect. If a student respects you, they will work just that bit hard for you. It makes a difference.

Direct instruction is a theory of education which posits that the most effective way to teach is by explicit, guided instructions. This method of teaching directly contrasts other styles of teaching, which might be more passive or encourage exploration.
Being a teacher is a journey that has much to do with learning about yourself and being aware that what happens in your classroom reflects only on how are you with yourself. Teachers are not conscious that they project into students, and that affects how things go in the classroom. I believe the first characteristic of a good teacher is that he/ she is always willing to analyze his/her teaching performance. Second the teacher is humble enough to receive input about the development and application of techniques, learning from it and improving.

Through these teaching approaches to teaching, educators can gain a better understanding of how best to govern their classrooms, implement instructional and connect with their students. Within each category of teacher and student centeredness and tech usage, there are specific teaching roles or methods of instructor behaviour that feature their own unique mix of leaning and assessment practise.
