A teenager who feels stressed over school work, chores, relationships, and so on, will be at risk for developing depression. “Adolescence is always an unsettling time, with the many physical, emotional, psychological and social changes that accompany this stage of life”(Depression In Teens). It is typical for a teenager to feel “down in the dumps” or out of the ordinary for a day or two because of subjects such as these.
