Nowadays, society and culture have changed expeditiously because most Thai people imitate foreign cultures. The values of many teenagers can lead to risky sexual behavior wherewith adolescents also lack the information about contagious infectious diseases and sexual practices. However, there are many reasons that lead to premature pregnancies youngsters without a second thought; no birth control, insufficient of knowledge about sexual intercourse, and use the social network in the wrong way.

Immediately, technology is necessary for the people life because everyone uses technology to facilitate the life in all aspects. However, the technology used in everyday life as “every side of a coin has another side” as demonstrated by Myron 2016. It has both advantages and disadvantages because sometimes took the crime for humans as well. A variety of media can encourage teens have a sexual arousal which the technology affects the thoughts and behaviors of human beings. American Academy of Pediatrics said that some information about sex can be found easily on television, film, music video, and the internet. Pornography on the internet brings several social problems; examples can be seen clearly, it is the news in the newspaper on the subject of being tempted to rape. Moreover, social media is to provoke sexual arousal leading to immoral and contrary to traditions of Thailand, For example, adolescents use social communicating with friends in the online world whether they will know the person or not. After that, they will meet each other which are a risk to children under the age of 18 years because they are considered as the curious and may lead to premature sexual
