If was a soldier at Valley Forge would I re-enlist? The answer is I would not re-enlist for these three reasons which are awful conditions, don’t want to die, and disease. The first reason I will not re-enlist is their awful conditions at Valley Forge. I won’t re-enlist for this reason is there is no meat. When we have food it’s nasty and not nutrition for you.We had meat and bread to eat and firecake which was a mixture of flour and water.
In any case, McDonald 's committed the error of asserting that "everything" imprinted in the pamphlets was false. Truth be told, sure claims, (for example, an eating routine high in fat, sugar, creature items, and salt is connected with coronary illness) were valid. After twelve years, at the season of Fast Food Nation 's printing, the "McLibel case" was still not determined altogether. On the other hand, McDonald 's got to be sick of the terrible reputation that resulted and did not plan to gather any cash or keep on preventing London Greenpeace from conveying its
My first point is that the Delta Smelt stopped pumping water for farmers to use. For this reason, crops are drying up with no water. Also, less food is being grown such as vegetables and fruits. If less food is being grown that means that food prices in the grocery stores will increase. If we don’t help the farmers get the water they need our whole environment will not be in good conditions.
Later, the author continues to use imagery as describing the rest room. Ehrenreich mentions “The regulation poster in the single unisex rest room admonishes us to wash our hands thoroughly,” in her essay; However, there is almost no one following the instruction because “there is always some vital substance missing—soap, paper towels, toilet paper”. Although workers may want to follow the instructions, it is impossible for them to do so because they “never found all three at once ”. The effect of describing the deficient rest room is to highlight the fact that the owner of the restaurant is so stingy to the workers that the owner refuses to provide enough substance. Thus, the readers can better understand the terrible environment that the workers live in.
If they did, neither the man nor the woman would be allowed to marry again.” (page 17) Shin also didn’t really get along with his parents. In order to try and survive, he stole his mother’s food. “...Shin took as much food as he could from his mother as often as he could. It did not occur to him that if he ate her lunch, she would go hungry.” (page 16) Education in the camp found
The Next reason why I would leave Valley Forge is the cooking they have. The reason that I would leave because of the cooking is because the pots weren’t clean and the food was probably just gross because nothing would have got clean and there was not enough to go around to everybody and that 's why everybody was starving and that was one of the reasons most of the deaths were caused by and also the one that I will be talking about after this one right here. The final reason that I would leave Valley Forge is because of how cold it was I would not have been able to live in the conditions of it being so cold and not have anything to eat and not have any clothes on or maybe just a shirt I could not deal with the hypothermia or the frostbite on my toes cause didn 't have any shoes to keep my feet warm this is what would push me all the way over the point by itself not just because it would be cold just the fact of knowing I couldn’t do anything about it, that is why I couldn’t stand this problem. These were my top three reasons to why I wouldn’t stay in Valley Forge. The cooking the clothes and also the freezing my butt off during all of that happening I don’t understand how these people made it through the times that I couldn’t even make it through a day out at Valley Forge.
It’s almost as if the author has become fed up with the lack of healthy food options in the food industry. He goes on to say “Complicating the lack of alternatives is the lack of information about what, exactly, we’re consuming” (197). He says there are no nutritional calorie charts on fast food packages, the way they are on grocery items. Most readers would instantly understand that statement, but Zinczenko hammers it home with an example of complicated calorie facts. He shows how fast food restaurants make their calorie information complicated by splitting up different parts of the meal.
Food inspection has been one of the biggest issues for humans health. And back in the day there was no inspection for it. And many people would get sick from the meat especially they would buy, it was an essential source of protein and back then there wasn’t vegan people everyone used meat. Based on document D meats would get stored in a dark room of course rat is one of the big problem when it come to food. In order to get rid of the rats they used rat poison and when they would get the meat there was dead rats in there as well their poison and they would drag the meat on the ground
When humans have birthday parties, barbeques, and picnics, littering happens. This affects the animals because they think its food and eat it, resulting in them dying. Littering or feeding the animals are the two bad human interactions that do not contribute to the lively future of the park.
Well, that 's not true! Animals that see it think of it as food and once they get into it they may get stuck or get cut on the thing that you threw out. These are the effects of recycling: Cleaner world No overflowing landfills No more animals getting
The comrades wanted the fallen soldier 's rations that were left, but the cook refused to give it to them. Finally, the cook gave in and distributed the rations. The latrine 's in this book are a little different than you would expect. These
Most humans do not think of the consequence that processed foods have on our bodies. The big name food producers have manipulated the youth by offering products that go along with their favorite television show. The farming aspect of food production is horrible. The animals are treated very poorly. The process of slaughter is unsafe and very unsanitary.
The Wendy’s in Kearney, Nebraska has horrible customer care and slow service. Because of these reasons, I have completely stopped patronizing their service. Every time I have gone through the drive thru, they are slow to serve, I have to repeat my order at least once, and I am sitting at the drive thru window for my order for minutes on end. The few times I have gone inside to order, the cashier is yelling at another worker about interfering on our conversation and I have to repeat myself. They are slower to get the food to you than the drive thru.
