Texas Roadhouse did not do well on their latest health inspection. First off, an employee was caught in the dishwashing area with an open drink. Secondly, there was dried food on dishes that were supposedly clean. This is beyond disgusting! The thought of sitting down having a meal at this place, and eating someone else’s food residue does not sound appealing to me. There were minor violations too, such as no beard restraints being worn on dishwashing employees, employee jackets being stored on top of sacks of food, and dishes not being air dried before being place with the other clean dishes. If Texas Roadhouse does not step up and start implementing changes, I will have no choice but to find another steakhouse. I will definitely not eat there
