Hybrid describe a combination of two or more different component which would achieve one common objective. Hybrid cars are cars which have two engines. First one is the common gasoline engine. The second one is an electric engine. The reason for joining these two engines is to maximize the efficiency of the cars and reduce the waste of the engine power. As what the studies shows that the USA use around 7 billion barrels of petroleum products [4]. which made it the largest producer of CO2 for the uses of vehicles so it’s more beneficial to use hybrid cars to reduce amount of fuel used in cars and reduce the gas emissions that effect the ozone layer especially during traffic jams and rush hours. According to a study in during the stage of using the vehicle hybrid cars produce 0.078 tons of carbon comparing it with other vehicles [5]. An example of places that started to use hybrid cars to reduce the pollution caused by cars is Dubai as what Al Ali noted “if we talk about fuel consumption, an ordinary vehicle needs about 12.1 litters of petrol to cover 100km[6], whereas a hybrid vehicle will only consume 8.47 litters to cover the same distance,” and by the end of the year the taxi sector will have around 1582 hybrid vehicle [7]. The second advantage is by reducing the amount of fuel used in your cars you are as a person also save more money rather than spending it on refueling your car all the time it shows that hybrid cars save around 25.41 liters per vehicle per day which is around 54.38 AED which mean you will save around 1631 AED for each month [7].the third advantage is it has a high resale value with the increase of gasoline more people are searching for hybrid cars because of this the price of the car will not decrease a lot comparing it to the other
