Hello! I’m so sorry I haven’t written to you in a while.. I hope everything's going good in Great Britain. Anyways here in Boston Americans and Patriots are everywhere, some dead and some wounded. It’s always been very still in Boston, so quiet. There's so many people afraid, but we want our Independence! The Patriots lost, but they did indeed prove that they could take on the red coats. The British fought against Americans, Prescott reportedly told his men “Don’t shoot until you see the whites of their eyes!” Red coats were within several dozen yards, and the Americans let loose with a lethal barrage of musket fire throwing the British into retreat. This is the Battle Of Bunker Hill.
