Have you ever experienced walking alone in the middle of the city and watching people around? When we are looking at the people around for a long time, we are tend to observe more and think a little bit deep about certain people that we are looking at. By looking at the people around, I realize about the beautiful of life because of the differences that they are showing like the way they dress up, the way they walk and the way they talk to each other. Other than that, every person has different physical characteristics like gender, height, weight, facial features, hair colour and the others that make them look different from others, so that others could recognize them well. As one race in one kingdom sharing one phylum, it is easy to think that everyone is the same. That people have no difference and it would be better if every human was all the same. From head to toe, there are differences, different clothing styles, different hair, and yes, even different skin color. Looking even deeper there are different likes, dislikes, passions, and humor. As humans we think individually, making us unique.
Life is created by a repeated cycle of replicating cells. Although the replication of each cell is the same, the DNA of every single individual is unique; mutations occur frequently and provide variety in our population, there are even times when certain mutations appear silently and have no affect on the cell at all; other times it can completely change a human being altogether. That being said, in theory, every human being is the same, until they are not. The way individuals view one another depends on location and the social standards of said location. For example, a colored person walking down the streets of a caucasian suburb is going to receive judgemental glares because they are different from the majority of the individuals that live

The way people with different cultures are taught, along with their cultural background, affects their viewpoints of the world. While everyone lives in the same world, in a way they live in their own world, depending on their culture and ethnicity. The comparison of different cultures shows how they are similar yet different in their own ways.
We are more likely to give out information to one another if we have positive relationships. It is very important as a Teaching assistant and teacher that we understand what our expectations are in school. For example; when advising pupils to behave in a particular way i.e. being polite, courteous and having manners, it is important that we do the same so that we are giving out a good example to the children so they can follow. It is also important that we have positive relationships with parents as this helps to communicate which can help the pupils when parents and teachers are engaging. It is important that we build relationships with others in school so staff and pupils all get along better.

Developing positive relationships by using effective communication is an important part of working with children and young people as well as working alongside adults. Positive relationships can benefit everyone in the classroom situation, it can encourage children to feel secure and able to participate, and to enable everybody to understand what is expected of them in the situation. Using positive communication is also a good way of being a positive role model to children and young people. If everybody feels happy and comfortable in a situation it helps to boost their ability and want to interact with each other.
First and foremost to understand others like your peers, teachers and any other adults in authority you need to have a good positive relationship with them and so it is vital that certain principles are followed to maintain a strong and constructive relationship. The teaching assistant has to ensure, even if the classroom is in full swing, she is giving everyone equal attention and that no one is getting left out. I think that as being a teaching assistant it is important that I make every student comfortable and happy whilst their time in the school setting so having a positive interaction is important, meaning that giving the appropriate attention to the student so that the student can meet their needs. So if you have a positive relationship with a child or young person they will notice

During this semester, I gained a lot of skills and knowledge about interpersonal relations. As a human being, as a member of the "global village", everyone need to communicate with others. It is important to learn how to communicate well and how to build a healthy and positive interpersonal relationship with others. I learned and recognized about how environmental factors can impact our communication.
Self-reflections on communication skills It is inescapable to have interpersonal conflict in any relationships and situations. (Solomon&Theiss, 2013) Yet, we should be able to handle conflicts with skills. Regarding the conflict I encountered, there are some communication skills I should have known and
Therapeutic relationship place the client’s needs first and is at the center of professional practice. Therapeutic nurse-patient communication foster positive relationships with patients by building trust, respect, and empathy. In life most things have to have a balance for things to run smoothly. Thus, professional boundaries should have set limits and clearly outline a safe, therapeutic connection between nurse and client.
The most common concept of communication in the contemporary world involves the "transmission" of messages or information from one place to another. While the transmission and interpretation of messages is, of course, an important function of communication, it is not the only or even the most important function. The tendency to identify communication with this single function is a relatively recent historical development, grounded in the cluster of ideas and practices that we call the Enlightenment. The "success" of this idea of communication was heightened by its "fit" with the new technologies of communication such as the telegraph, telephone, and other technologies for sending messages from one place to another. The term "communication"
