The Arrhenius theory states that upon detachment with water, acids produce hydrogen ions, H+, while bases produce hydroxide ions, OH-. According to the studies and research conducted, H+, the free hydrogen ion, cannot exist in a liquid solution because of its high ratio of charge radius. Noted that hydrogen ion is nothing but a single proton. Consequently, an Arrhenius acid is a substance which, upon the reaction with water, causes can rise in the concentration of the solvent cations, H3O+, and an Arrhenius bases is a substance which upon dissolution in or reacting with water causes the increase in the concentration of the solvent anions, OH-.

FORMS OF RICE Rice comes in various forms which depends on the way they are processed. The following are the common forms of rice:
White Rice. It is the common form of rice, milled and polished to remove the husks, bean and germ. On these processes, some essential vitamins were removed from the rice, which were replaced in enriched rice, except for the riboflavin that turns the rice slightly yellow, so it is not normally re-added. The rice’s surface then smoothens in the latter part of the milling process, when it passes on bands of felt or leather, rubbing off the grain’s bran and some of the endosperm. Converted Rice. It is long grain form of rice that’s been soaked, steamed under pressure and dried before milling. This form of rice is more commonly used in food service establishment because they stay firm and separate.
Instant Rice. It is a form of rice that is pre-cooked and then dehydrated so it would take shorter cooking time. The disadvantage, however, is that it may split during cooking and an inferior
