During the rehearsals of the play our teacher and director told us to do the scene we were going to work on without giving us any prior instructions. He encouraged us to let ourselves free and do what our impulses were telling us to do . It was the first time for me to hear from a director saying to me through yourself into the scene and let's see what comes out it . Immediately my response to that was to start the scene by following what my instincts were telling me to do . Doing that I felt completely free to express myself the way I wanted to. Most of the times the things I was doing were heading towards the direction that the director wanted me to follow . If the opposite was happening then our director would give me some guidelines and
