Whenever a new cell phone comes out, people are rushing to the nearest store to pick one up or logging into their online account to order it and schedule shipment to their home or place of business. People have enjoyed using cell phones for years because of the many benefits they offer, such as quick and easy communication and instant internet access, but have you ever stopped to consider the risks associated with their use?

Cell phones, like many electronics have their drawbacks. The biggest one being that there are several risks people are taking when using them. Now think about how many times you wash your hands or even bother to clean off your phone screen. You may not have realized it, but your phone is a playground for disease-causing germs. Between the oils and germs on your hands, unless you are constantly washing your phone screen and hands, you are continuing to put yourself at risk of illness and even catching the common cold.
