Brainstorming and mind mapping if used at the same time would result to lateralization thought. They also introduced the concept of NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Have a balanced life and make sure that you care for each aspect of your well being. Take short breaks and plan to put your energy to productive things. Relax to have an abundant energy. Have a healthy diet with vitamins. Monitor what you eat, and never skip meals.

Believe in yourself that you are important. Never let negative thoughts hold you back. Practice self affirmations.
