When the “Action of Ignoring” occurs within one’s direct experience it may be very difficult to notice that happening at first. But gaining that noticing as a practice is the challenge of Stage One that can be met by practicing the noticing of the closing of the sense perception door and opening it once again. And by also accepting the awareness and the pointing out of our closing’s by others, such as family members, friends, colleagues, teachers and even strangers as they compassionately share their noticing with us to be helpful to us. At the same time, actually employing the openness practices on a regular basis are the very best way to experience openness continually. Each activity full of purpose that exists in the reality outside forest is like wasting time. The meaning of margin is where you can try out different ideas that might present a fear at the thought that he could not have the approval of others. Unfortunately, today there are more people that truncated its purposes by not having the approval of the public in general. By the above this option discard purposes by the approval of the world that surround us, we were a great banality-entering and would be in some way the daunting is a scenario of all.

“But I did become sadder, and sadness gets boring after a while, for the sad person and for everyone around them.” Sadly, this quote exemplifies Rachel's negative feelings towards herself and the people who abandoned her in her time of need. Later in the story, the effects of her depression on her personal relationships can be observed. “Sometimes I catch myself trying to remember the last time I had meaningful physical contact with another person, just a hug or a heartfelt squeeze of my hand, and my heart twitches.” Isolation is a major theme in the novel.
The darkness of night unveils the hidden cove of possibilities that awaits us in sleep. For some, sleep provides the much needed distraction and replenishment needed to perform our daily routines. As we curl up under the security of our favorite blanket, snuggle against the fluffiness that is our pillow, and as we slowly begin to shut our eyes, we succumb to the beauty that is sleep. Without hesitation we accept and welcome our nightly slumber. We don’t question our vulnerable state as we lay down in bed.
Have you ever heard the saying “I am shutting down for the night?” It is a common misconception throughout the world that the body shuts down during sleep. However, sleep is the period of time in which the brain becomes extremely active. There are four stages of sleep that our bodies go through each night. During each of these stages specific parts of the brain complete tasks that will help to improve our daily lives.

Indifference, after all, is more dangerous than anger and hatred… Indifference is not creative… Indifference elicits no response. Indifference is not a response. Indifference is not a beginning; it is an end. And, therefore, indifference is always the friend of the enemy, for it benefits the aggressor -- never his victim, whose pain is magnified when he or she feels forgotten…
