One lady by the name of Elena Estrada went by the nickname as “ heartbreaker “. Elena had been sentenced to seven years, for stabbing her unfaithful lover and opening up his chest then cutting out his heart and through his heart at his face. A male inmate with the name of Frank Leslie went by the name “ fast gun “. He shot his girlfriend in a drunken rage and a man in a gang, then later on he became a model inside the Yuma prison. Another man named Barney K Riggs goes by the name of “ Hero of the Gates Riot “.
Ben Price, the man that had been searching for Jimmy for years and knew if all of his crimes, let him go after he saw him save Agatha’s life in the bank. It only took one encounter with Jimmy for Ben to know that, even after all he’d done, he had changed for the better. Not to mention the fact that the entire town of Elmore saw him as a good, trustworthy man. In the text, it states that Jimmy “...had won the respect of the community,” (Henry, page 3), within a single year. Jimmy had worked extremely hard to accomplish this, and the entire town knew that, they knew that he was a genuinely nice person.
For example, saying that Lizzie Borden killed her parents makes sense when he/she says it, but there is a lot of evidence to prove she has done it. From the documents read, they report that a girl named Eli Bence saw Lizzie asking for a deadly poison called prussic acid, the night before the murders of Andrew and Abby Borden (Linder, 2004). Honestly, who else would she ask for poison? She totally killed her own parents! Stating that, while at one time it may have been true that Andrew and Abby Borden were alive, now we can state that Lizzie Borden murdered them.
Have you ever killed some one? Over a 100 years ago Lizzie's parents were brutally murdered by someone and the only person they focused on was the daughter lizzie borden. Lizzie Borden was the axe murderer no doubt about it because all the signs pointed to no other than Lizzie herself. The reason I think Lizzie killed her parents was because she didn't like her stepmother and thought if she didn't kill her father her father would think its her. Lizzie is a true mastermind to have gotten away with murder because there is no other explanation to Lizzie's parents brutal death.
Edmund Kemper/David Berkowitz The murder cases of Edmund Kemper and David Berkowitz have many differences and a surprising number of similarities. These two cases can be compared and contrasted by looking at how they both had a violent childhood, they both used a gun to kill their victims, and they were both found guilty on many counts of murder. Edmund Kemper Edmund Kemper was a serial killer that was born on December 18th, 1948 in Burbank California. During his early years of his life, Kemper was a troubled child. He would dream of killing his mother, along with taking his sister's dolls and chopping off their heads.
Think about how often people get arrested and how often trials are held every year, let alone everyday. Oftentimes, innocent people are accused and charged for a crime that wasn’t there fault. This was the case for Adnan Syed, an innocent guy who was put in jail for a murder case. On January 13, 1999, Hae Min Lee was murdered at the age of 17. The evidence for this case was very unexplainable, but of course, the state went after Hae’s ex-boyfriend Adnan who really had nothing to do with the murder.
The story of Ronald Gene Simmons. On the 22nd of December, 1987 the worst mass murder in Arkansas history took place. A man by the name of Ronald Gene Simmons went on a killing spree. He started off by killing his wife, kids, and his three year old granddaughter, but it didn’t stop there. He killed his family and quite a few harmless townspeople because he went insane, because why else would you kill harmless people?
Then his wife and children this was the start of the bloodiest slave revolt in american history. The next two days more than 60 caucasian people would die. The salve group will go house to house and kill every man, woman, and child that they can find. The leader of this group of rebels was Nat Turner. Nat Turner was a self-styled prophet who claimed that god had told him to slay his enemies.
Between 2006 and 2007 Amardeep killed three babies, all between the ages of six months old and eight months old, by strangling them and beating them with rocks. Shocking isn’t it? His crimes came to light when the mother of his last victim confronted him. He confessed to the slaying and led community members to the site of a shallow grave. The police were called and when they arrived he confessed to two other murders.
There are some lacks of a judicial process in many countries including Thailand. Some prisoners were made the scapegoat for other people’s crimes. For example, in case of murder, Wuttichai Jaisamak was a wrongfully imprisoned person. As Rapirat reported on CNX News in 2014 that Wuttichai was charged with the murder of his girlfriend in 2005 and sentenced to get his all life in prison in 2011. After that, his family has asked the justice from police that there are some important concealed evidence in this case.
I am confident that Adnan has 100% undeniably been wrongfully convicted of first degree murder. First off, lets start off with Adnan’s alibi and what he was doing after school at the time of Hae’s murder. In the beginning of the time Adnan spent in jail, Adnan received letters from a girl called Aisah McClain. Let me just say first that Aisah and Adnan weren 't best friends or played important roles in each other’s lives, at all. Aisah McClain had nothing to benefit from writing these letters to Adnan.
The Brown and Goldman families filed a civil suit against Simpson, and on February 4, 1997, the jury found Simpson "responsible" for the deaths. The families were granted $33.5 million of Simpson’s money due to wrongful deaths. Currently, Simpson is serving 33 years in Lovelock Correctional Center prison for robbery, kidnapping, and other charges. This makes me think… Is he finally getting what he deserves OR is this just a coincidence? As a society we should spend more time focused on a young man a woman that lost their lives and bring justice to them and their families.
