Homelessness is everywhere, in all countries, some of them have a higher percentage and others less, but independently of these values, homelessness is an important and conflictive global problem, based on the United Nations Commission on the Human Rights, there are 100 million homeless people worldwide.

In the 21st century, the serious phenomenon of homeless people is still a big problem of the society. There are around 150000 homeless children in China. Homelessness is not usually associated with China 's social problems; however, it seems more and more, especially in those who have entered the Chinese city 's floating population.

In the current days, the homeless phenomenon has spread around the world. Not only, have the poor countries had this kind of problem, but also the countries with advanced and extended power and wealth. However, some people are born poor and that’s what makes it inevitable for them to be homeless. Drug and alcohol abuse, unemployment, and lack of affordable housing are three causes of homelessness.

Homelessness is one of the most serious, yet underestimated, issues America is facing today. It affects more than hundreds of thousand people each day and almost 5 million people annually. Mothers that live in poverty have babies with low birth weight and medical problems. Poverty, homelessness, and hunger can have extremely negative effects on the brain and body. It also affects a child’s education and learning ability. First of all, the majority of authors felt concerned, hopeful and sympathy towards homelessness people and some of them think that homeless people are a victim of circumstances which includes the gambling, impact of their family, joblessness, poverty and also disabilities. Even homelessness may be a bad thing for the majority of people around the world, but it probably has some positive side of thinking. Even so, I have realized that there is seem to be one main element in order to save the homeless person. The government should help homeless people get back on their feet. They also need to make sure that homeless people don’t abuse systems such as housing and security. Still, homeless people need to get up on their own two feet, for themselves.

I feel as though this particular man, just needs a little help to get "back". Me and my wife have personally given him a huge backpack full of things to use. (Was I unsure of what he may do?) yes of course but the very next day, he shaved, he had the jacket we bought him on. He looked so happy/thankful. If it comes down to me realizing that it is a choice for him. I will still buy him clothes, shoes, things that people need in order to survive. Because our human race is falling apart bit-by bit. There isn 't any empathy for people like (Howie) it 's just so sad. I see videos of people doing social experiments on how people react and don 't react; the last video I watched was a man, and very young child on the streets in the city of Manhattan in the winter.
