They all wear rags and live in broken down homes and they sell things in a broken down building, which is like their black market. There are twelve district in the world, all of them combined is called Panam. Due to the uprising against the Capitol, they made The Hunger Games. Where one boy and one girl must go against others from each district, to the death. The last one to stay alive wins and gets to stay alive.
