Due to various reasons such as the nations are different the needs and requirements vary from country to country. The Human Resource Management main duty is to set up an International Human Resource Management Team that can lead the company and its employees toward the common corporate culture and for same values. The duty of Human Resource is to set up necessary and useful training campaigns that can ensure the corporate culture and team work globally. Human Resource gives training to the field mangers as well as to employees and makes sure the understanding of common corporate culture and how it will affect globally. They should introduce the common mode of communication where the managers and employees can communicate vertically as well as horizontally across the world.
