However, the actual impact that social media had on their business can be broken down into 5 easy to understand benefits : increased Exposure , increased traffic, developed loyal fans, provided marketplace insight and generated leads, but those will be analysed more in details in Literature Review . Furthermore, in this project I will conduct a SWOT analysis as marketing tool for social media where SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats .Also, knowing that the methodology of the project is a qualitative method, this analysis will be part of it.
