Alienation in life All of us, especially in recent years we can see, it is perhaps better to say, we feel the changes in society, not only on the material plane, but also on socio-emotional. The fight for survival or horrible ambition and desire for power, however, it led people in some strange, I can say, disturbed relationships. Alienation is the feeling of not belonging and that no one cares about you. The needs that people need like food, shelter, and water are not all person needs, we as people have a deep need for community and with alienation pushing people into diverse group. Today people are more happier if they live with positive thoughts “Gratitude always comes into play; research shows that people are happier if they are grateful for the positive things in their lives, rather than worrying about what might be missing.” They questioned the way of long-lived people and concluded that in all four areas on several continents these centenarians were tightly connected with their families and rooted in their communities.
