INTRODUCTION
Your body health is determined on how you adapt to the environment. The English word health comes from the Old English word hale, meaning wholeness, being whole, sound or well (Nordqvist, 2015). Health can be defined in many different ways. WHO 1948 defined health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. According to Sartorius, 2006 health has three meanings first one is the absence of disease, the second one is that health is a state that allows the individual to cope with all the activities of daily living and thirdly health is a state of being equilibrium that is established between an individual and his social and physical environment.

Dubos 1965 states that the closest approach to optimum or high-level health is a physical and mental free of discomfort and pain that permits one to function effectively within the environment. Wellness, on the other hand, is considered and expanded term, not as restricted as the concept of health. High-level wellness is described as integrated human functioning that is oriented towards maximizing an individual’s potential (Dunn, 1980).
As the interviewee states that regular exercise can help a person to become healthy it compares with Dunn’s theory which identifies a balance as a dimension of health, the emphasis is on the realization of human potential through a purposeful activity which refers to the regular exercise. There is a single optimum level of wellness as individuals move toward their personal optimum level based on their capabilities and potential to stay
The definition for wellness is “the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind”. The secular world view tells you that you are doing this for external reason. The biblical world view uses the same definition as the secular but is achieved in a different manner. “Spend your time and energy in training yourself for spiritual fitness. Physical exercise
Health has to do with a person’s overall condition, regarding any acute or chronic illnesses or injuries. Health has to do with having a positive emotional outlook on life. Health also includes a person’s nutrition, physical activity, and getting the proper sleep. When someone is in good health, this person should be able to bounce back from any minor illnesses/injuries, and they should be fully functional in society. This includes the ability to enjoy life, socializing with others, and the ability to feel safe.

The wellness of a human being has been broken down into five sections. These sections are: emotional wellness, intellectual wellness, physical wellness, social wellness and spiritual wellness. I think my strongest section for my personal wellness is my emotion, intellect and physical wellness. However, my weakest sections are social wellness and spiritual wellness. I believe that my emotional wellness is my strongest section.
In short, the biological model of health is mainly defined from the absence of disease, from the model that is well-matched with positive meanings in relation to balance of normal functioning. The social model health is actually a positive state of well-being and wholeness linked with however this is not mainly explained from the non-existence of disease, physical, mental impairment and illness (Gross, 2010). Overall the concepts of ill health and health are not balanced. Non-existences of disease might be part of health, however health is considered more than the “absence of disease”.
