It is meticulous during making decision process about choosing what community you want to be part in your life. Before I write any further, let me give you the standard definition of what is community is all about. Community is a noun, which plural cause its usually a group of people with common characteristic or interest living together within a larger society or a group of people with common characteristic or interest, social group or nationality who collaborate by sharing ideas, information and other resources. One of types of community nowadays, such as online community, which consist participants in online discussion on topics of mutual concern or of those who frequent certain website. They rarely meet in person but just having conversation in online and usually they gather once a year or whenever once they agreed upon. On the contrary, the community who arise from association, required the member to meet more frequent than the online community to bond among other member. Communities are about relationship, and are not a one way streets. When it comes to building a community, leadership can’t be about you. It has to be about everyone else. I, myself haven’t got a change to building my own community, but I joined several communities indeed. I’ve been a sport enthusiast my whole life, therefore I need to find a place to channeling my hobby. I began to search about a community who share the same interest with me and trying to contact them for meeting to share our journey and experience in sports.
