Ethics is the branch of knowledge that deals with moral principles that govern a person or group’s behaviour. It is the general human characteristics that separate us from right or wrong conducts. While on the other hand, business ethics is the study of proper business policies and practices that could be practiced in business. “Business ethics is the application of general ethical ideas to business behaviour” (Lawrence & Weber, 2014, p. 70). Ethical standards of one country may not ne entertained in another country due to the values and beliefs of that country are different from other countries. While handling business, a person does not take ethical values of its country seriously but doing business internationally these conducts become mandatory. The ethical analysis and resolution of ethical dilemmas in the workplace depend on the values, virtues, personal character, and spirituality of managers and other employees. This made executives of the company to protect their employees from threat of violence and started paying their salaries. According to the universal ethical standards, employees were at the threat that elicit payments are not made which could have put the company in more difficulties and probably lead it to shut-down. Without eating, none of the animals and other omnivores will be able to survive. Humans consume most of other living things on earth. As humans become more civilized, many starts to think about moral consequences of food choices for humans themselves and for other animals or perceive that eating some specific kinds of food is morally and naturally incorrect.
Today’s society is surfaced with various problems, one of them being our diet along with obesity. The health of our country’s people has become a national problem. One’s diet is based upon their choices, but even then there are many controversial views upon what is healthy and what is not. Two essays that I read uniquely present their views on this topic. First, there is “Food as Thought: Resisting the Moralization of Eating” by Mary Maxfield and then there is “Don’t Blame the Eater” by David Zinczenko.

I choose this topic to write my paper on because I am majoring in psychology with a minor in business for my bachelor’s degree. After completion of a bachelor’s degree I plan to go on to achieve my master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology. This was the reason behind deciding on this topic for my report.
I would be very proud of my co-workers work ethics. It is hard to complete all the lesson plans and everything a teacher has to do. I would talk to them about what they have done and their work. I would see what they are doing that could help me improve my work. I would also help them work on their social skills.

I would put a time limit on how much and when the employees can watch the live stream of the basketball tournament of March Madness at work. I would the employees watch the game for an hour and thirty minutes in the morning at the starting time, two hours during the lunch period, and one hour before quitting time. If the employees want to stay after quitting time to keep watching the game, they are free to do so.
