The National Coffee Association (2017) proclaims that coffee is more than just a drink. It is a culture, an art, an economy, a science — and a passion. Whether someone is new to the brew or an expert when it comes to espresso, there is always more to learn about this beloved beverage. Fritz (2015) states that there is no getting away from the fact that coffee is the most popular beverage over the world. Over the decades, coffee drinkers have become far more selective in their choices with some of the most popular coffee beverages being those that were once reserved for connoisseurs of this fine brew. However, why is coffee so popular nowadays, even more so than it has been in years gone by? Coffee shops and cafes have been a place where anybody can meet their friends, do academic or business-related activities, or just simply relax. The principal objective of organizations is to maximize profits and to minimize cost. Profit maximization can be attained through increase in sales with lesser costs. As consumers, all eaters are critics when it comes to food and thus food satisfaction in the ratio of Filipinos is always a factor to the culture. They are not surprised of the other cuisine of other countries as they always have its equivalent to their own food
