Apart from economic and industrial domains, educational sphere remains one of the most auspicious fields Kazakhstan can be competent at. In order to accomplish this goal by 2050, it should be taken into consideration that education phenomenon is inseparably connected with the main agents of this process, the educators, or, the leaders. Collaborative Leadership, according to Lugg and Boyd (1993), involves external and internal linkages for the school. Externally, these linkages require better communication, cooperation, collaboration and coordination with social and community agencies. The establishment of external linkages should establish closer relationships between the school and other social institutions and organizations. Internally, mutual trust must be established between teachers, students and administrators. In case leadership is effective, the principal must facilitate this collaborative process.

The leader must recognize both the emic (perspective of self) and etic (perspective of the observer) in every situation. Following a code of ethics in education means that students are the priority and that they are treated respectfully, fairly, and honestly, at all times. It also means that students’ cultures, learning styles, and different backgrounds are taken into account and respected. As a new educator in an elementary school, I have yet to become leader material, however, I am aspiring to get there.
