I. Introduction
Nowadays there are a large number of people running various types of businesses as these are ones of the best ways of earning lots of money in quite a short time. However, running a successful business is not going to be that easy. Some have tried, but failed because they did not know about communicating at work for their businesses, while others have failed because they have limited knowledge of how to communicate well with clients to keep their businesses up and running properly and effectively. Based on quite a number of my research studies about communicate the people in business communication, there are, of course, some steps to make a business successful in a long-term run if those business people know the benefits of business communication in real-life contexts.
II. Communicating at Work
Based on Guffey (2003), spotting different changes in the workplace and the essence of communication skills is extremely beneficial to business communication. From day to day, the workplace has seen considerable changes as a result of global business competitions, business managements from various levels of working positions and updated revolutionary communication technologies. Guffey (2003) continues to explain that in a dynamic workplace, each staff is called “ a knowledge worker” who is expected to be able to communicate well by learning the principles, stages and communication products provided by the coursebook.

DESCRIPTION In week five we learnt about communication channels, it means the mode of communication people use to communicate in an organisation in order to perform tasks. INTERPRETE It is important to choose the correct form of communication when dealing with employees because communication develop good relationship among people without misunderstanding .When communicating we need to choose the right channel to communicate for example using electronic ,face to face communication ,written communication ( Samson & Daft 2015).By coming up with effective communication I will need to identify how choose wisely to avoid misunderstanding among ourselves.
1.1 - Identify the different reasons people communicate People communicate for a range of reasons, which include; share ideas/information, express needs, socialise, express emotions, share experiences, receive support. 1.2 - Explain how communication affects relationships in the work setting Communication is essential in the work setting as it allows individuals to express their needs, to ensure action is in place to meet these. to express their needs and preferences and to ensure they are met. As a carer I discuss the options and the choices available to the individual to allow them and informed choice regards to their care. 1.3 - Explain ways to manage challenging situations
Communication is a tool with which we exercise our influence on others, bring out changes in our and others’ attitudes, motivate the people around us and establish and maintain relationships with them. Communication makes a major part of our active life and is a social activity. People communicate in both personal and professional capacities for a variety of different reasons. In a work setting people may communicate to build relationships; maintain relationships; gain and share information; gain reassurance and acknowledgement; to express needs and feelings and to share thoughts and ideas. Share knowledge and ideas with others is critical for modern advancement and to make room for new ideas, especially as our technology stacks become increasingly complex and specialized.
1.2 - Explain how to support effective communication with your job role. Effective communication is determined by the inter professional working between the manager and others whom are integrated into the organisation. Managers whom can identify the needs of effective communication can provide direction for the conversation, use resources available to enhance better communication, be able to facilitate change and achieve results in relation to positive outcomes of communication. Positive outcomes can include: • Understanding – different cultures, individual needs • Trust – being able to confide and express concerns • Honesty – being open with factual matters and how effects of work related issues • Better formed relationships – between staff,
Credibility is subjective aspect attached to person, people, things, and product or to other object unlike age, height or weight measurable in terms quantitative terms. Credibility is likely scalable on which others give you a rating and in all actuality make a judgment about you over all. Credibility also entails the fact that individuals want to know if a person can be trusted whenever it comes to things that they put their word in. According to Cardon (2013), `establishing credibility through competence refers to the knowledge and skills needed to accomplish business tasks, approach business problems, and get a job done.
D2: Evaluate the effectiveness of business information and its communication as key contributors to the success of an organisation, using examples to illustrate your points. In order to grow and expand, Tesco needs to have a good communication and information management as this will help them to apply their different strategies and reach their goals and objective more effectively. Tesco is a big organisation as they have excellent communication and information management system within the business.

Introduction: The process of communicating successfully with our family, friends, co-workers, business associates and people is one of the most critical skills. Communication is such a key part of life that I often tell to a person that “Its no use of someone if he/she really don’t know by associates people in their work place or area of field”. Communication makes us to be known of others, good or bad that depends on usability of a person communication. And, it is up to each of us to learn to communicate well with those who are important to us.
3.0 COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN Communication is the core for everything we do in the workplace. It happens all the time and every day at workplace. Nevertheless, communication breakdown occurs and can affect the organization own its own. This is because communication breakdown does not only occur among the organizational workers but also with the clients of the organization.

Being master in using and perceiving the modern methods of communications at works furnishes us with intellectual tools which we cannot afford to reject. With the expanding of organizations in the world and working internationally the needs of understanding other cultures and new ways of dealing with others become a key aspect of competitive advantages for any organization. Any organization regarding to meet its objectives and goals; assigns some written or not written norms, values, culture and behavioural patterns which should be understood and pursued by all the co-workers. This will create an employer image in labour market locally as well as in the international business market.
Introduction Business communication is a process where both the employer and the employees in a company share and exchange information.
