I. Introduction
Nowadays there are a large number of people running various types of businesses as these are ones of the best ways of earning lots of money in quite a short time. However, running a successful business is not going to be that easy. Some have tried, but failed because they did not know about communicating at work for their businesses, while others have failed because they have limited knowledge of how to communicate well with clients to keep their businesses up and running properly and effectively. Based on quite a number of my research studies about communicate the people in business communication, there are, of course, some steps to make a business successful in a long-term run if those business people know the benefits of business communication in real-life contexts.
II. Communicating at Work
Based on Guffey (2003), spotting different changes in the workplace and the essence of communication skills is extremely beneficial to business communication. From day to day, the workplace has seen considerable changes as a result of global business competitions, business managements from various levels of working positions and updated revolutionary communication technologies. Guffey (2003) continues to explain that in a dynamic workplace, each staff is called “ a knowledge worker” who is expected to be able to communicate well by learning the principles, stages and communication products provided by the coursebook.
