Apart from the danger of having fad diet, dieting alone without doing the physical activity is not enough (John, 2010). John (2010) illustrates that extreme diet is not going to be the healthiest way of living because it encourages more anorexia among teenage girls that are desperately aimed to be thin. Furthermore, most people have to perceive that diet and exercise are necessary as we need to balance both of them in order to have active lifestyle (Varnedore, 2011). Besides, those people that just do diet alone are tend to fail as compared to those who just do exercise because they will have a cheat day at least once a week or more (John, 2010). According to John (2010), diets are not just about how to look slim and weight loss but it is always related to context of health promotion which is involved physical activity such as exercise.…show more content…
