E-Learning is an important techniques and strategies, which Integrate between learning theories and ICT (information and communication technology) for improving teaching and learning. In general, E-Learning is the Internet-based learning systems that provides services for searching, downloading, and delivering learning content to their users in order to enhance learning experiences through a lot of knowledge forms such as text, audio, animation, flash, or video clips (Duan, Hosseini, Ling, & Gay, 2006). E-Learning depends on a lot of activities such as chat rooms, discussion boards, and emails to facilitate interactions that can support learners and teachers (Watkins, 2005) . It is anchored in social psychology and particularly in expectancy-value analysis and has been used extensively to study technology acceptance. According to TRA, an individual’s acceptance of technology can be explained by his/her intention. TAM suggests that Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), which is "the degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would be free of physical and mental effort", influences Perceived Usefulness (PU), which is" the degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would enhance his/her job performance" (Davis, 1989, p. 320). In turn, both beliefs influence Behavioral Intention (BI) to use a specific information technology.
