they pay attention not only to mental assessments but also to the sensitive receptors of the student, they understand that it is not enough to know for example the economics, but also to know where it came to us, to feel and to love this kind of activity from the heart as equally important. The only drawback here is that no real analyzes have been added. with the help of them, leaning towards real conditions, I could really appreciate the work done by the author. but without analysis, I certainly did not say that the article was written badly. I would also like to note that here are tips on how best to use questionnaires anonymously; but if they used them during practice and would be included here, would be great.
I liked that the affective evaluation, because it is revealed from different angles of the aspect. Here are all the samples suitable for the fact that it is the affective evaluation that is the missing part of that same educational puzzle piece. I believe that
I believe that in the future the younger generation will be able to really love the lessons in schools. They will be happy to learn these or those lessons, because they have already plunged into this field of activity and know this not only as a lesson or numbers for tooth-making, but will understand the multifaceted nature of this
M3 Task: Explain how an awareness of learning styles can aid your development In this task I will be explaining how an awareness of learning styles can aid your development in being an effective learner. The article states, “This scale consisted of 15 items measuring depression, anxiety, and psychosomatic symptoms” (Neto pg. 135 2010). 77 percent did not have psychological problems. The boys had lest physiatric problems them the girl. Although 77 percent of the children did not have a problem we have to be able to help the 23 people that did have some symptoms.
After reading this week’s chapters from our textbook, one interesting topic that was discussed in chapter five was classifying instructional objectives. When a teacher wants to design objectives, it is important that they use three domains and they are the cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain. The cognitive domain involves mental operations from the lowest level of the simple recall of information to complex, high-level evaluative process (Carjuzaa & Kellough, 2017, pg. 136). The affective domain involves feelings, attitudes, and values and ranges from the lower levels of acquisition to the highest level of internalization and action (Carjuzaa & Kellough, 2017, pg. 136). Psychomotor domain ranges from the simple manipulation
As the class of 1951 from University High School patiently watch the clock tick closer to the next chapter in their life, William Faulkner addresses the class with a small piece of advice, choose to change the world for the better. While these students eagerly await what’s next, Faulkner implements that fear should not drive your intentions by adopting a hopeful tone. In the case of most graduations, everyone from the graduates, to the family members, and the school faculty become over emotional. Knowing this, the author appeals to this sense by continuously using emotions and expressions, such as “baffled and afraid... or frightened or bribed.”
Being in front of this challenge students try to work harder in order to succeed. In the article, Sherry uses pieces of evidence from her personal experience and examples to support her thesis. Also, her article is well-organized, and Sherry uses an academic language. However, Sherry do not consider many aspects that might affect students. She gives to much importance the example that she gives with her son.
The appraising process was the most difficult from this activity but was one of the most important steps in selecting our evidence. Questions in the table such as “Is the aim of the study clear?” , “Were the subjects randomized?” and “Was there a control condition?” etc provided an objective method to evaluate the articles and their research.
What is particular interesting about this extract is the way teacher constructing her feedback and how the feedback is conveyed to the student after the presentation. Particularly, the feedback is delayed and substituted with an additional turn where the teacher does facework before moving onto her evaluation of the student’s
Additionally, the tasks need to be constructive and interlinked and provide a challenge to the students while also acting as a motivation factor. The adopting of effective teaching to match the personal strengths of the students ensures that a student’s learning outcome is achieved Holistic assessment should be encouraged to understand what the learner has captured on a learning
The purpose of such a questionnaire was to hunt out out the student’s state of mind, how he felt, what he liked and unlikeable , and what his values were. With this knowledge it would be easier for the govt. college to alter his values and behavior at will—without, of course, the student’s knowledge or his parents’
I believe that these ideas would help make the study more valid and less biased. I would also suggest completing the same study at different universities as a way to determine if the results are the same for all ELLs. In addition, I thought that the article was very easy to read and comprehend. The information was presented clearly and concisely. As a result, the only section that seemed confusing was the table of results of the assessment.
Everyone is looking for ways to get better and surveys seem to be the most expedient method leaders use to assess employees. Being able to utilize these tools allows leaders to look at a greater number of employees or potential employees. I have taken three surveys that will help identify my character strengths and weaknesses, as well as, my leadership strength and weaknesses. The first survey I took was Values in Action (VIA) inventory of strengths.
Emotional intelligence is an important factor which influences an individual success in their life (Ishak, Chiu, Rahim, Mahat, Hashim, Mutalib and Jdaitawi, 2013). “Intellectual intelligence contributes only 20% to one’s success while the remaining 80% of a person’s success in life is contributed by emotional and social intelligence” (Goleman, 1997). Yusof and Yaacob (2012) had mentioned that in their study that “Emotional intelligence is one of the main aspects of the National Education Philosophy”. Through the National Education Philosophy the important for emotional intelligence is extremely obvious and essential as intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence. If the students possess positive emotions towards their course, they
The cognitive level of analysis aims to study how the inner processes of the mind processes information gained, and how they are interpreted and applied into the real world. Within this level of analysis, it was found that the cognitive and biological factors of our mind influence how we feel, or in other words, our emotions. Emotion can be defined as the body’s response to any specific situation. As all human beings can express how they feel through facial expressions, this suggests that emotions are biological rather than cognitive. However, emotions can be dependent on both the cognitive and biological factors of our body.
Introduction It is very important to study about the development of the human. Because it provides framework to think about human growth, their mental development, and the most important one, ‘their learning’. As a teacher it is very important to study about these theories.
