In my own personal opinion communication ethics is not only important for the success and survival of a company but also a test of a person's ethical integrity the reason for my decision would be. No matter who you are boss or maybe just a regular worker we must have integrity since it's the basic value of a human being which is why I would be sharing the three values I respect the most. The first value I respect would be truthfulness, accuracy, honesty, and reason as essential to the integrity of communication. The second value I respect would be to accept responsibility for the short- and long-term consequences of our own communication and expect the same of others. The third value would be to promote access to communication resources and opportunities as necessary to fulfill human potential and contribute to the well-being of families, communities, and society. Since nothing is better than telling your consumers you are grateful by actually giving back to the community which tells their consumers that they care about the wellbeing of their customer's examples would be donations to charity or helping families in need which helps show the business in a positive and caring. The First company Samsung which I am proud to report has followed the values of the Credo for Ethical Communication by heart, which would be to accept responsibility for the short- and long-term consequences for our own communication and expect the same of others. The reason why I picked Samsung would be that a year ago Samsung galaxy note 7 phones were exploding due to their phone batteries being dysfunctional. The reason I picked Intel would be that over the year the Intel company has given generous amounts of donations and funds to programs to help encourage girls and underprivileged minorities to study in these fields. And to make things even better the company offers its employees the chance to move to a different department every 16-24 months which not only helps the company function better but at the same time lets the employees have a board experience rather than only being good at one subject which also helps the workers from getting bored and if the employee ever leaves the company they can still find other high paying jobs thanks to the time they spent in intel. Even though I admire the way Intel gives back to the community I believe if the company were to not only give donations but also to teach the kids on how to use the technology it could create a steady supply of future employees who are grateful for the help Intel has had in their
