In my own personal opinion communication ethics is not only important for the success and survival of a company but also a test of a person's ethical integrity the reason for my decision would be. No matter who you are boss or maybe just a regular worker we must have integrity since it's the basic value of a human being which is why I would be sharing the three values I respect the most. The first value I respect would be truthfulness, accuracy, honesty, and reason as essential to the integrity of communication. The second value I respect would be to accept responsibility for the short- and long-term consequences of our own communication and expect the same of others. The third value would be to promote access to communication resources and opportunities as necessary to fulfill human potential and contribute to the well-being of families, communities, and society. Since nothing is better than telling your consumers you are grateful by actually giving back to the community which tells their consumers that they care about the wellbeing of their customer's examples would be donations to charity or helping families in need which helps show the business in a positive and caring. The First company Samsung which I am proud to report has followed the values of the Credo for Ethical Communication by heart, which would be to accept responsibility for the short- and long-term consequences for our own communication and expect the same of others. The reason why I picked Samsung would be that a year ago Samsung galaxy note 7 phones were exploding due to their phone batteries being dysfunctional. Not only did they not Push responsibility or hide that fact that they were problems with their batteries, they made public conferences and also stated that they are fully responsible for …show more content…
The reason I picked Intel would be that over the year the Intel company has given generous amounts of donations and funds to programs to help encourage girls and underprivileged minorities to study in these fields. And to make things even better the company offers its employees the chance to move to a different department every 16-24 months which not only helps the company function better but at the same time lets the employees have a board experience rather than only being good at one subject which also helps the workers from getting bored and if the employee ever leaves the company they can still find other high paying jobs thanks to the time they spent in intel. Even though I admire the way Intel gives back to the community I believe if the company were to not only give donations but also to teach the kids on how to use the technology it could create a steady supply of future employees who are grateful for the help Intel has had in their
One of the best ways to communicate organizational ethics is by training employees on company standards. One example of organizational ethics is the uniform treatment of all employees. Both large and small
To further refine my search I would sample two particular minority groups, specifically African-Americans and Latinos. I would make sure that I create a survey for this particular population that samples what characteristics would be important to them to have in order for recruitment to make the necessary changes to adapt to these students. There is a greater emphasis on the importance of tying a student’s major with a successful career path as well as providing career building opportunities with employers and alumni that will help attract and retain these students who do not seem to be filing these full-time positions. I would survey career preparation, core academics, affordability, and diversity of opportunities, flexibility, and understanding of culture. It is nice to know that there are firms that do go out and make inclusive efforts on behalf of minorities.
Therefore, it is necessary for most students to get the best paying job possible. It is a wonderful attribute to be altruistic and to want to spend your life helping others. However, living in the economic conditions in this country, too few of us have the financial means to be able to do so. Most people are not trust-fund babies.
These companies are driven by their mission statements and codes of ethics. In many cases the statements and codes of ethics are similar in nature, though differ based off of the purpose of the organization, the priorities and concerns of the business and patients that utilize them. In some organizations, such as the American Red Cross, there is a strong interaction with the public throughout the nation and in many cases in overseas nations as well. Due to the nature of the Red Cross’s services, there are a number of ethical considerations that need to be made. The American Red Cross responds to disaster areas, assist with blood collection and distribution and handles notifications to people overseas, especially military service members.
I hoped to make a lasting impression on the children I encountered during my time there but what I didn’t foresee, was the lasting impression they left on me. All of that factored into not only my decision making process, but also why I firmly believe in this organization and everything it has to offer.
I hope to bring diversity to all who walk on the campus. My background has shaped me into the intelligent African American woman I am today. Without growing up in the “hood”, I may have not been able to find the best career that interested me. I also would not have been able over all the challenges thrown at me. Instead I remained determined and motivated so that I was able to achieve all of the goals set before me.

For children and young people to develop positive relationships it is crucial for adults to model effective communication in the classroom. As a teacher or teaching assistant, you have the platform to facilitate social learning and lead by example. One of the main reasons why effective communication is important, is because it makes children feel happy and comfortable at school, and in your presence. Not only will this help children to thrive in a learning environment, but will also filter through to their lives at home and outside of school.
