In Sarah Dessen’s book Saint Anything, Sydney feels less valuable to her parents than her brother Peyton. Sydney is a 17 year old getting ready to graduate. Her brother Peyton is in jail for running over a guy name, David Ibarra. Throughout the book, I could connect with what Sydney felt.
